Unless stated differently in the listing, we ship within 5 business days after your payment has cleared, and you will receive an email notification. Custom orders take 2-5 weeks to create, depending on the turnaround time selected. If your package is shipping within the US and Canada, the email shipping notification will have tracking information. International shipments DO NOT have tracking unless they are upgraded. First class shipping takes 2-5 business days domestic and 2-5 weeks international to arrive.
IMPORTANT: We ship via USPS, unless otherwise asked. We do not add insurance or offer shipping upgrades unless asked to do so. With this service, some international packages are NOT trackable once the package leaves the US. For tracking, please upgrade shipping to EXPRESS SHIPPING, FedEx, or another private carrier.
VAT for INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: You will be responsible for any local customs or import duties which may apply when the parcel arrives in the local customs. Goose Grease is not responsible for these charges. .
UK CUSTOMERS: Please be advised. We have received various complaints concerning the Royal Mail charging our customers for either customs or delivery. The shipping charge you pay Goose Grease is the stipulated price to get your package from NYC to the UK. We use a shipping software to calculate prices and pay in full before printing shipping labels. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any extra charges the Royal Mail may apply. Sorry for the inconvenience, but charges that seem to be randomly applied have led us to adopt this policy.
CUSTOM TOPPERS: All custom toppers, unless otherwise stated, ship USPS Priority and will take 2-3 business days domestic/6-10 business days international to arrive from the date they are shipped. This service includes tracking for US and Canada only. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, Please contact us to add tracking to your international order, as the USPS Priority Mail shipping fee included DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. We do not offer refunds on packages lost or damaged in the mail.
Goose Grease is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Standard shipments are mailed without insurance, but will happily be purchased at the buyer's request.
