Although he is one of the world's most celebrated saints, little facts about St. Patrick's life are undisputed. From his Confession we know, among others, that as a "young man, almost a beardless boy" he was taken captive by raiders and brought to Ireland. A captive for six years -years that were crucial for his growing faith-, St. Patrick had a dream that bid him to escape. Having returned to his native Britain, St. Patrick would travel back to Ireland years later, summoned by yet another dream. His many exploits are now legendary, as well as his use of the shamrock to explain the Trinity. Join Goose Grease in celebrating St. Patrick's Day with this one of a kind, hand-painted, wooden peg icon in a day when everybody is Irish.
