polka dot pattern.

If a dress calls for polka-dots and you are ready to paint them, remember that even polka dots have a pattern.  i like to think of them as a series of diagonal lines.  check out how we've done the dots on this mom's dress:

here i'm using my custom made detailed brush, and i'm just free-handing the dots right onto the dress.

the lines might go out of sorts a little, and that's ok. the dots will all come together in the end.  it's better not to fill in the gaps, just keep to the diagonal lines!  good luck!
